Loan Modifications Save your home Avoid Foreclosure Loan mods nationwide Lawyer based 97% success

Friday, February 5th, 2010

Why are the pundits predicting at least 12000000 loan modifications in 2009? Simple it’s in the best interest of the bank to work with an existing homeowner who wants to pay(even if it’s less) a mortgage payment and stay in their home than try to find someone after spending thousands of dollars foreclosing and hope that they can find someone who wants the house and qualifies to buy it. Loan modifications are done at no charge by HUD approved counselors, there is no need to pay a fee to so called “loan modification experts” that you see on the internet and on youtube. Don’t fall victim to another scam, contact a HUD approved counserlor if you need a loan modification. Avoid foreclosure, deed in lieu and stay in your home. The banks are realizing that they are far better off working with an existing homeowner in restructuring the mortgage than taking the home back through the foreclosure process. Foreclosed homes hurt the banks ability to borrow money and become a problem in maintaining. Foreclosed homes now need to be boarded up and maintained by the bank, they have to have them inspected at least every 30 days to see if there has been any vandalism. Foreclosed homes then need to be marketed thru realtors and they have to pay commissions not to mention the cost of foreclosing on the home in the first place.
