The banks have sold and resold mortgages so many times a huge number of banks no longer actually have any legal claim to property they foreclose on. It’s time we stop the banks from literally stealing property they have no right to take. They get away with it because most people have no idea the fraud that is being committed against them and because most people do not have any legal representation or due process of law. We’ve got people down here in Fla. tons of foreclosures..!!! Sometimes 600 a day in one county alone !!!
Thing is, after 1000s of hours of research, of many different people’s mortgage docs, we’ve seen fraud over and over and over again ! 99% of the time !
This is a starting place, however, people have to come together, and research this stuff to the inth degree – and build communities who will fight for the truth to be had !
I’m not sure I even understand your comment. I said that I work on behalf of the people who are being foreclosed on. I don’t produce the notes, I ask for them to be produced. And they are, every time.
My point was simply that this technique is not effective. Marcy Kaptur is not very bright. She’s basically retelling an urban legend, because she hasn’t done enough research to find out that the banks really DO have the mortgage documents. Even without it, you don’t get a free house.

In fact, it should be a piece of cake for you to upload a video of hundreds of redacted notes from all your cases. Produce the note!… Umm, the original please.
Please don’t feel bad about that. Money…it does not matter from where it comes, you can print some for all I care. What matters is STUFF, SHARING, AND CARING….Just watch the people and see how they are treating other’s and if they are doing good things. If they are holding people slaves, maids, prostitutes….and dominating and disrespecting…don’t help those people.
I’m a foreclosure defense attorney. I assure you that the bank ALWAYS has the note. I’ve tried this in every single case, and they always have it.
By the way, you only get foreclosed on if you borrow money on negotiated contractual terms and then refuse to pay. I make my living keeping people in houses they haven’t paid for, and frankly, I feel bad about it.
